If I have a 48 day cycle...when do I ovulate?

I know a 48 day cycle isn't exactly healthy/normal. But ever since my husband and I have been ttc my cycles have been off. From Jan-Feb I had a 33 day cycle, then from Feb-Mar a 36 day cycle, Mar-Apr 48 days, now I'm on day 36. I'm so confused, am I even ovulating? I know, I know I should go to the doctors. But, my father passed away from cancer last year so I sort of lost my trust with them, although these are two different situations. Please give me your thoughts?
