Does our FHA loan require a PMI?

Our family just bought a house for $93,500. Seller will pay $3,500 towards closing costs and title insurance. Down payment will be 3.5% with APR of 4.5%. Is PMI required and why if so. Thanks and any additional information would be helpful thanks.
