Care credit monthly payments?

I got my care credit credit card in the mail. the info that came in the mail with it states that my apr is 26.99% Ive also heard that the dentist will work with you and that the apr may not be so high. Couldnt really find much on the care credit website as far as what my monthly payments would be on 2500. Any help would be appreciated.
