Question about my jump?

Great question! I am 6'3 and can dunk fairly easy. Listen to these tips and I promise you will be dunking fairly soon. First, palming the ball. Your first dunk will be a one handed, one legged jump. Palming the ball and having control is key to dunking. Try licking your fingers before. But as far as vertical goes. Practice makes perfect. You start by the net. Start grabbing the net. Work your way up to touching the backboard, the bottom of it. Keep doing it over and over again until you start to touch the rim. It won't be easy. Leg work outs will always help, but I got my vertical from literally just practicing. After a couple weeks you might be able to grab the rim. Do that for a couple weeks. You will eventually work your way up to trying a slam. Ask any player and they will tell you similar answers. Good luck. Practice your jump! Just like a shot.
